Strengths
One huge strength for Campbell is that their city council meets twice a month, this high volume of meetings can be crucial for achieving goals and allowing for open communication from the community. Along with multiple meetings, they also seperate their council into seperate wards. Allowing for more people to be in leadership roles can help achieve much more than if it were just one person. Multiple council leaders also means more ideas coming together to create great outcomes. Weaknesses A Weakness for this community would be that the council meetings are in recess through the months of July and August. This creates a large gap by eliminating four meetings, and that the recess is during a period of two straight months. One solution to this could be to have a recess in June, return in July and recess in August or to have someone fill the roles of the council peoples when they are away. |
