Strengths and Weaknesses
There are many strengths of Campbell's safety system. The police and fire department are very well organized and also trained to handle any situations that arise in the city. They have a full team of first responders and also patrolmen who keep the city safe and keep crime rates low. The disaster plan is another strength, to have a plan in place in case of a disaster is very important so that everything can be handled in an orderly fashion. Also the availability of crisis centers is a strength.
Some weaknesses in Campbell's safety system are the amount of burglaries and thefts that have taken place in the past years. There was 79 of each in the year of 2012, in order to decrease these rates the patrolmen should be more vigilent in the areas where these crimes take place.
